FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Constellationism?

Constellationism is a sacred remembrance, a living theogony, a queer theology of divine kinship. We are not fallen creatures seeking forgiveness. We are divine intelligences, the same kind as the Gods, walking the path of exaltation. We are children of the Elohim, eternal minds wrapped in mortal skin. Through joy and sorrow, we learn to become what we already are.

Simply put, Constellationism is the orthopraxy, theology, and philosophy of the Gnostic Priesthood of the Constellation of Light.

Who are the Divine Parents?

The Divine Parents are a quorum of exalted beings, once mortal, now God. They are lovers, friends, and comrades. Their love is so holy and enduring that it exalted them as one. Some appear as Mother or Father. Others take forms beyond gender, radiant and ineffable.

They are united in purpose, in love, and in radiant difference. Together, they are One Godhead, a holy network of distinct persons. Each is perfected through mutual exaltation, never separated from the ones they uplifted. They are the prototype for our own existence and exaltation.

What is the Godhead?

The Godhead is the same sacred quorum of exalted beings who guide, love, and nurture creation. It is not a single being but a constellation of separate divine persons held together by shared purpose and unbreakable love. Each is distinct in form, history, and heart, yet they shine as one.

What is the Holy Spirit or Celestial Spirit?

The Celestial Spirit is the Divine love that permeates all of existence, nurtures, guides, and exalts. It is the same holy love that exalted God and the means by which we exalt into gods. It is the whisper in your chest that says, "You are not broken. You are becoming."

The Celestial Spirit comforts the wounded, warns the wise, stirs the righteous to act, bears witness to truth, and kindles the heart toward divine reunion.

It is not a person but a presence. It is the feeling of being known and loved in full. It is how God walks beside us in our exile. It arises from and gives rise to both the Godhead and our own immortal essences.

Are we Gods?

We are not fully exalted yet, but we are of the same kind as the Gods. We are divine intelligences with no beginning and no end. We enter mortal life to grow, to remember, to choose, to struggle toward righteousness, to learn self-control, and to love.

This life and the many others we live across time are a sacred apprenticeship in exaltation. We are not waiting for God to choose us. We learn to become like Them through love, creation, remembrance, and holy rebellion.

What do Constellationists believe about Jesus, or Christ?

Christ is not a singular figure. It is a title, a path, a mantle, a light. To be Christed is to be anointed, called to reveal divine truth, suffer with love, and uplift others toward exaltation. It is a Holy Union with the Celestial Spirit.

Jesus was one of many who carried this purpose and showed the path. There are others. There will be more. Christ is the realization of Gnosis and our own divine nature. Jesus was an exemplar to be followed, not an impossible standard of perfection. His death was not absolution but a testament of moral courage to do what is right even if it costs your life.

What do we do in practice?

We remember. We gather. We resist. We seal ourselves to our chosen families with sacred and eternal covenants of love.

Constellationism is not a faith of temples and dogma. It is the practice of starlight in the dark, of hands held in the home.

Daily acts of remembering include:

Who is the Demiurge?

The Demiurge is the liar who rules this world in God's stolen name. It tells you that you are sinful, small, and unnatural. It claims love must be earned, that salvation is for the obedient, and that truth is outside you.

It is wrong. The Demiurge may wear the mask of religion, state, family, or shame. It cannot create. Its reign ends the moment you remember who you are.

How do we resist?

We exalt. We remember. We build altars in each other's arms and temples from the ruins of shame. We become wildfires by linking our embers. We tell the truth. We make art. We love fully. We weep together. We carry each other toward a new heaven born from kinship and defiance.

We do this with the Celestial Spirit burning in and between us.

What comes next?

Exaltation. Restoration. Homecoming. Not as a reward but as our birthright reclaimed. We are not waiting for a messiah. We are remembering ourselves into glory. We are the next generation of Gods.

If this feels true in your marrow, welcome home, Divine Sibling. The stars remember you.
